WEEKDAY SF | NOVEMBER 9th-12th

WEEKDAY SF | NOVEMBER 9th-12th
November 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th from 10AM- 2PM
Four days from now, you could be behind the bar.
This is the bartending certification working bartenders wish they'd had. No classroom. No plastic bottles. No memorizing 500 drinks you'll never make. You train behind Blackbird, a real, busy bar on Market St, with pro bar tools and real cocktail tastings, taught by bartenders who still work the craft every week.
By day four you'll shake, stir, build and serve with real speed and confidence, because you'll have practiced it over and over behind an actual bar.

🎯 Course Structure & Philosophy
This is not a lecture-based course. Our philosophy is simple: you learn bartending by doing it.
We use in-bar time to develop your physical technique, confidence, and rhythm—all the things you can’t learn from a book. You’ll pour, shake, strain, prep, and serve, over and over, until it becomes second nature.
After each class, you'll receive your homework packet and gain access to our Student Center, where you’ll dive deeper into cocktail history, spirit education, and theory at your own pace.
This hybrid structure ensures that you're not just learning recipes—you're building a foundation.
